What is EduRealty?

EduRealty is a network of over 1,000 individual web sites targeting the real estate markets around U.S. colleges and universities. Our goal is to bring together buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, and real estate agents around local colleges.

We are working to establish a broad network of “Partner Agents” who are knowledgeable about the local real estate market around a specific school and will provide excellent service to the parties they represent.

Why EduRealty?

Real estate, like any investment, goes up and down over time. We see value in university area real estate due to the following factors:

• Consistent demand for homes to accommodate students.
• Alumni connection to college and desire to live near a particular school.
• In general, there is less risk and less downward fluctuation in home values due to the consistent demand for these properties. (This is more true as the home gets closer in proximity to the campus.)
