Become a Partner Agent

EduRealty offers a unique opportunity for agents near colleges and universities. We have created a network of sites specifically targeting these niche markets and we are in the process of identifying agents to handle leads near each university. We will limit the number of partner agents to 1 or 2 depending on factors such as total enrollment, number of leads, etc.

Why?

• Number of students attending college and graduating continues to increase.
• Consistent demand for housing near colleges and universities from students, parents and alumni.
• Markets around schools are somewhat insulated from swings in the general real estate market.

Cost

• No upfront cost. We only make money when and if you make money.
• Our partner agents pay a referral fee only if they close a transaction with a lead sent from EduRealty. Our standard referral fee is 33% of the commission generated from a closed transaction. (Referrals are sent from Reeder Realty and all referral fees are payable to Reeder Realty.)

• Receive all targeted leads from your local EduRealty site. You only pay a referral if you close a transaction. All referrals are sent from and paid to Reeder Realty (broker).
• Unique marketing opportunity. Promote yourself as a parter with the local EduRealty site and the local university. Let your clients know that you will promote their homes at edurealty.com.
• Partner agents enjoy preferred placement of listings on the local university site.
• Spread the word... More listings on the local university site means more leads for you.
